Hiker saved by sports bra

An American hiker in Europe may owe her life to her sports bra.

While hiking in the Alps, 24-year old Jessica Bruinsma was tripped up by bad weather and became lost.

She had injured her shoulder and wanted to use her sports bra as a sling.

Instead she attached it to a pulley and sent it on its way.

Other hikers found it and she was rescued two hours later.

Bruinsma was airlifted to safety and will be back home soon.
