UPDATE: Only FOX19 was there when the Oxford Police walked Michael Hamblin into the Butler County Sheriff's Office for questioning.
And now Mason police are on their way to the Butler County jail to pick up Hamblin. He will be charged with three counts of child enticement related to an incident at Heritage Oak Park on June 22.
Hamblin was taken into custody in Oxford.
Officers there received a tip that he was in the area and found him walking along some railroad tracks.
Hamblin is wanted in several incidents throughout the tristate area and will be questioned by officers from those agencies.
The Butler County Sheriff's Office is searching for registered sex offender Michael Hamblin. Hamblin is a suspect in the two recent public indecency reports. An earlier offense by Hamblin spurred the creation of Ohio's Nicole's Law - which led to tougher sentences for repeat sexual offenders.
His last know address was 5188 Augspurger Road in Hamilton, OH.
His is 38 years old, about 5'9" tall and weights about 160 pounds. He is known to drive a red pick-up truck. He has a history of sexual offenses involving juveniles.
