Letter Claims Responsibility for Local Soldier's Death

FAYETTEVILLE -- A person claiming to be the killer of pregnant Army Specialist Megan Touma has written a letter to The Fayetteville Observer newspaper claiming responsibility and threatening to kill more people.

Touma is from Cold Spring, Kentucky.   She was 7 months pregnant when her body was found in a bathtub last Saturday at the Fairfield Inn in Fayetteville.

The cause of death is still under investigation.

The letter writer used  a symbol similar to one found written in lipstick on a mirror in the hotel room where Touma's body was found.

The symbol resembles the one connected with the Zodiac Killer in the late 1960s.
