LEBANON, OH (WXIX) -- A convicted sex offender returns to court Tuesday morning facing new charges.
Michael Hamblin, 38, is charged with three counts of child enticement. Police say he tried to lure three children into the woods at Heritage Oak Park in Warren County last month.
Hamblin served jail time for exposing himself to kids in Warren and butler counties. Those previous crimes led to tougher state laws against sexual predators.
