CINCINNATI (FOX19) -- The U.S. Marshal's service has arrested a man in Cincinnati who is wanted for a murder in Frankfort, Ky.
On Wednesday morning, officers apprehended Demetrius McClellon, 18, on Cleveland Ave. in Cincinnati.
McClellon was wanted for the Jan. 24, 20008 murder of Johnathan McFadden, 20, which occurred in Frankfort, Ky. Police say McClellon shot McFadden in the head.
McClellon is being held in the Hamilton County Detention Center and is awaiting extradition back to Kentucky.
Authorities said a patient being treated at Summit Behavioral Healthcare, a state psychiatric hospital, has escaped and is being sought by police.
