HARLAN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -- Three people were injured following a serious crash in Warren County on Sunday night.

The accident occurred just before 9 p.m. on State Route 28 in Harlan Township.

Police say a Mercury Mountaineer operated by Trinity Blevins, 20, of Pleasant Plain, was traveling west when she lost control and veered off the left side of the roadway, striking a ditch and a telephone box, and overturning several times.

Blevins and a front seat passenger, David Moore, 20, of Loveland, were both ejected from the vehicle and flown to University Hospital with serious injuries. A rear seat passenger, Harold Golden, 20, of Pleasant Plain, refused treatment and left the scene with his father. He was later taken to Bethesda North Hospital.

Police say alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash. Charges are pending following an investigation.
