CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A mother was charged Friday with four counts of endangering children. 30-year-old Ortegga Oliver is the parent of four children, ages 7 months old, 2 years old, 4 years old and 9 years old. The oldest child was found at home by himself with his younger siblings on Friday in a home in Hamilton County. Oliver is out on $4000 bond and was ordered to have no contact with her children. Oliver's next court date is set for July 22.
