CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Cincinnati Police are calling a body that was found at the CSX Railroad a homicide.
At 9:00am on Thursday, police responded to the 2100 block of Western Avenue for a report of a body found. When they arrived, they found 27-year-old Thomas Gibert in the rail yard of the CSX Railroad.
He was pronounced dead at the scene by Dr. Odell Owens of the Hamilton County Coroner.
Police are saying the victim was shot and homicide units are investigating the incident.
