CINCINNNATI,OH (FOX19)-- Police are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident Friday morning.
Police say Tyrell Ellington, 32, was driving too fast on Southbound I-75 near the Mitchell Exit when he struck the back on a mini van just before 3 a.m. Friday morning.
Police say Ellington was not wearing a helmet. The driver of the van, David Underwood, 27, of Edgewood, was not injured.
Police say alcohol and excessive speed are factors in the crash.
The interstate was shut down for almost four hours.
