Woman burned in Green Twp. fire

GREEN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -- A woman was burned in a house fire in Green Township on Monday morning.

The fire on Lakefront Drive broke out around 1 a.m., and caused more than $300,000 in damage.

Everyone was able to get out, but the woman who lives in the home was hospitalized.

Investigators say the fire was caused by smoking materials that were placed in a trash can and ignited.
