At least two people rescued from a 2-alarm fire in Mount Auburn

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - At least two people were rescued from a burning house in Mt. Auburn this afternoon.

The fire occurred at the 2200 block of Burnet Avenue. The fire caused a flash over that blew out the second story windows.

An elderly woman was rescued from the third floor of the building along with another victim who was rescued from the stairway. There is no official word on how many people were helped out of the home by firefighters.

So far, no firefighters were injured in the blaze and everyone who was rescued is expected to be fine.

The cause and the amount of damage has not yet been determined.
