Barbecue Chicken Kabobs

  • 1 link Chicken Barbecue Sausage From Kroeger and Sons Meats
  • 1 Onion, peeled and quartered
  • 1 Pepper, seeded and quartered
  • As per your tastes, you can use hot or sweet peppers
  • 1 tsp cooking oil, such as olive oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Your favorite BBQ sauce

To bake in oven or toaster oven, preheat oven to 350.  To grill, use a medium heat.

Cut sausage into 1 ½ inch sections.  Combine oil with salt and pepper (or use an Italian dressing or vinaigrette of your choice).  Toss vegetables and sausage sections in the dressing mixture and then thread on skewers.

Baste with BBQ sauce during the last 5 minutes of cooking time.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, or until vegetables are soft.
