GOSHEN, OH (FOX19) -- Goshen Police have 13 people after busting an underage drinking party on Sunday night.
Police were called to the 6800 block Goshen Road on a noise complaint. This happened the previous 2 nights in a row as well.
When police arrived, they saw several people running into the house and locking the doors. Police say they watched the suspects drink alcohol through a window in the door, but the suspects did not answer the door when police knocked.
Police obtained permission to force entry into the residence and found suspects ranging from 18-21 years old, many hiding under beds, in attics and inside closets. All admitted to underage drinking. One suspect was just 5 days from his 21st birthday. Another suspect who was 21 years old also faces charges.
Charges range from underage consumption, obstructing official business and allowing underage drinking.
