BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) -- The grandmother of a caught Clermont County fugitive was in court on Thursday, after she was indicted last week for helping him hide from police.

Judith Frye, 70, the grandmother of Christopher Crosby was released on her own recognizance.

She's charged with obstruction of justice for helping Crosby hide from police after he escaped from the Clermont County Jail in June. He was found on July 26, over a month after his escape.

If she fails to make her next court date, she will have a $50,000 bond. Her next court date has not yet been set.
