WEST END, OH (FOX19) -- For the second time in less than a week, an innocent bystander was shot in the West End.
A couple was driving on Linn Street around 9 p.m. Sunday night, when a stray bullet came through a car window and hit a woman in the neck.
The couple stopped for help at a Marathon station. The woman is expected to be OK.
A woman was also shot in the neck by a stray bullet last Thursday, just a couple blocks away from this latest shooting.
Live video from the scene showed a public works truck near the base of the statue and workers gathered around it with a large black drape.Full Story >
