HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -- Hamilton police are looking for a driver who hit and killed a teenage boy Monday night while he was walking his bike across the street.

"Tyler was a very good kid, he had lots of friends," said Tyler Reiff's mom, Melissa Partin.

Reiff's family is looking for answers.

"We're just trying to stick together and figure out what's going on and what happened," said Partin.

Tyler's mom says that he was a star athlete at Garfield Middle School and was going to try out for the high school team, but never got the chance.

Tyler was hit and killed Monday night on the Butler Regional Highway. Hamilton police say two vehicles hit Tyler and they are still looking for the driver of one of those cars.

Now, his family is struggling to find answers and are asking for the public's help.

"If there's anyone out there who knows anything or has seen anything, please get in contact with the police," said Partin.

Police have identified the other driver...who has not been cited.
