CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -- The case against a former worker at the Hamilton County morgue accused of sexually assaulting patients will not be dismissed.
Judge William Mallory refused to dismiss the case against Kenneth Douglas despite the fact that the crime was committed 26 years ago.
Douglas' attorneys argued the six year statute of limitations has expired, but Judge Mallory ruled the case will continue because no one knew Douglas was a suspect until his DNA was just recently found to match a sample found in the corpse of Karen Range.
