George Gleckler was in court on Thursday morning, where is bond was set at $200,000.
He faces charges of drunk driving and aggravated vehicular homicide.

A second person has died in the accident caused by a dump truck driver who was driving intoxicated according to officials.
Police has confirmed that 80-year-old Doris Robinson has died. She was a passenger in the Goshen Township accident involving a dump truck and a vehicle that occurred Wednesday morning.
Her husband, Wesley Robinson, died at the scene.

GOSHEN TWP., OH (FOX19)-- A man is killed in an accident when a drunk dump truck driver fails to stop at a red light in Goshen Wednesday morning.
Around 10:30am, Ohio State Patrol responded to the intersection of State Route 132 and State Route 28 for report of an accident.
After an investigation police say George Gleckler was driving a dump truck when he ran a red light and hit the vehicle of 86-year-old Wesley Robinson and his wife Doris.
Wesley Robinson, the driver, died at the scene of the accident. The passenger, Doris, was transported to Bethesda North where her condition is unknown.
Another driver was also involved in the accident. Ralph Blevins had no life-threatening injuries.
Police say George Gleckler had a blood alcohol level of .139. The legal limit in Ohio is under 0.08.
Gleckler was arrested and charged with Running a Red Light, OVI, and Aggravated Vehicular Homicide.
