Breakfast Cobbler
Makes 4 servings
4 medium-sized Michigan apples, peeled and sliced
1/4 c. honey
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 T. trans fat free margarine, melted
2 c. low sugar granola cereal
Place apples in a crock pot and stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours or on high 2-3 hours. Serve hot with nonfat milk or yogurt.
