BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) -- Christopher Crosby, the man who eluded Clemont County police for a month after he escaped from jail, was in court on Thursday facing additional charges.
Crosby was indicted Wednesday on charges of having weapons under disability, resisting arrest, burglary, receiving stolen property, breaking and entering and theft.
The new counts stem from when police caught up with Crosby in July. They found him possessing a gun, and also found him to have property stolen from houses in the area.
Crosby escaped in June when he was due for sentencing. He was spotted many times on horseback riding through Clermont County.
