BATH COUNTY, KY (WXIX) - An escaped prisoner in Bath County, Kentucky, is a tier 3 sexual offender from Butler County, Ohio.
Roy Robbins was arrested in Bath County on charges out of Ohio for moving without notifying authorities. His last know address was in Hamilton, Ohio.
Robbins was convicted in 2002 of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, domestic violence, and failure to notify authorities of change of address.
His arrest in Bath County was from a warrant issued in February.
According to the Butler County Sheriff's Office says that a tier 3 offender is the highest level offender - one that is most likely to commit another crime.
