Man accused of chasing family member with gun

COLERAIN TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) -- A man has been charged with inducing panic after witnesses say he was chasing family members with a gun.

Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the 2500 block of Pippin Lane around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

Witnesses say Curtis Buckley, 28, of Cincinnati had been involved in a physical altercation that resulted in him chasing several persons and family members with a gun. No shots were fired and no one was injured during the incident.

Buckley was apprehended a short time later at Hamilton and Mill Street in Springfield Township. The weapon was not recovered.

Buckley has been charged with inducing panic, aggravated menacing and assault. He is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center.
