Mini Steak Sandwiches


  • 4 2-ounce Certified Angus Beef ® filets
  • 4 tablespoons roasted red pepper, julienned
  • 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 small crusty dinner rolls, cut and toasted in oven
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1. Season beef and grill to desired doneness.

2. Top with blue cheese.

3. Place on toasted roll and top with peppers.

Serves 4
