The Tri-State is gearing up for visits by Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama and Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin.

Obama's "American Jobs Tour" will make a stop Thursday at Ault Park Pavilion.

The event is free and open to the public, and organizers expect it will fill up fast. Doors open at 1 p.m. and Obama will take the stage at 3 p.m. Online RSVP is strongly recommended.
