UPDATE: 'Rush Hour Robber' arrested

DEERFIELD TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - 

UPDATE: Police have arrested the man known as 'the Rush Hour Robber.'

Stuart L. Vance, 35, of Clarksville, Ind., was arrested and charged with one county of aggravated robbery by the Warren County Sheriff's Department. Vance is also being held in the Shelby County, Indiana jail on a burglary charge.

Barnes is also accused of robbing banks in Kettering, Ohio, Symmes Township, Ohio, Sulfer, Lousiana and Meridian, Mississippi.

The FBI is also involved in the case and further charges are expected.

PREVIOUSLY:

The Warren County Sheriff's Department is looking for a suspect they have dubbed "The Rush Hour Robber."

Investigators say the suspect entered the National City branch at 8605 Mason Montgomery Road at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday and presented a teller a note announcing the robbery.  After obtaining cash he fled the bank and was seen entering a white mini-van in a nearby parking lot. 

The same suspect is believed to have robbed the People's Community Bank at 8350 Arbor Square Drive on September 12 at 4 p.m. 

The suspect is described as a white male in his mid to late 30's, about 6 feet tall with a slender build, weighing 150 to 170 pounds.  He was wearing a dark business suit, a dark shirt and tie.  He has closely cropped hair on the sides of his head and top may be shaved or balding.  He had a slight, neatly trimmed beard.  He wore glasses.
