CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The man accused of causing a deadly accident while running away from police is now facing charges.
Police say William Campbell, 38, was drunk when he drove his vehicle off the road and into the Northview Wesleyan Church earlier this month.
His passenger, Tina Hayes, 38, was killed.
Court records show Campbell's license has been suspended 22 times since 1989 because of drunk driving arrests.
He could get 20 years behind bars if he's convicted.
