UPDATE: Body found in dumpster identified

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) -

UPDATE:

Hamilton police have identified a woman found dead in a dumpster Saturday afternoon.

Police say she is Alisha Traylor, 30, of Hamilton.

Investigators say she suffered multiple stab wounds and had probably been killed and dumped on Friday. They are investigating her death as a homicide.

PREVIOUSLY:

Hamilton police are trying to identify the body of a woman found in a dumpster.

Her body was found Saturday afternoon around 1 p.m. at the corner of Seventh and Pershing.

Investigators say the woman is in her mid-20's, approximately five foot tall and 120 pounds with brown hair with a slight red tint. She has noticeable gaps in the upper row of her teeth. She has no tattoos but does have a Cesearean section scar on her abdomen.

Police are investigating her death as a homicide.
