HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A Hamilton father is facing charges for killing his baby.
Derrick Wilson, 28, was charged Saturday with child endangerment after he allegedly violently shook his son.
However, Wilson will have his charges upgraded to murder or manslaughter after the 7-month-old died Tuesday.
Police were called to his Hamilton home on Morning Dove Lane Friday when it was reported the child had trouble breathing.
The baby was taken to Children's Hospital with severe head injuries.
Wilson is being held in the Butler County Jail on a $100,000 bond. He will be in court again on Monday.
President Donald Trump is blaming the media for widespread condemnation of his response to the Charlottesville tragedy.
In the video, posted Sunday, to a union YouTube page, the narrator continuously insinuates that officers face racism because of their job. The NAACP called it "reprehensible."
