Fatal accident on I-75 in Grant Co.

GRANT CO., KY (FOX19)-- The Kentucky State Police are investigating a fatal accident that happened on I-75 Wednesday afternoon.

At 1:00pm, the Kentucky State Police in Dry Ridge responded to I-75 at the 147 mile marker for a report of and accident. The crash involved a tractor trailor, asphalt truck, and a passenger vehicle.

So far the identities of the drivers and possible passengers has not been released.

WILLIAMSTOWN, KY (FOX19) - A fatal accident shut down southbound Interstate 75 in Grant County on Wednesday.

The three car accident occurred at milemarker 147, just north of the Corinth exit. Dispatchers say at least one person has died.

Traffic was being diverted off of I-75 at the state route 36 exit in Williamstown.
