PRICE HILL, OH (FOX19) - A body has been discovered in a home in Price Hill.
Firefighters responded to the home in the 700 block of Clanora around 9:30 a.m. on a report of a one alarm fire.
After putting out the fire, investigators found a man's body in the home.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and the victim's name has not been released.
Neighbors say the fire victim is one of two men who had been living at this home for more than 10 years.
Residents say the men were great neighbors and routinely were involved in big block parties that brought everyone together.
Fire officials say most of the damage was contained to the first floor of the home. They also say smoke detectors were present and sounding when crews arrived around 9:45 a.m.
Officials say the incident was being investigated as a homicide at first, but upon further review, they have said that no foul play is suspected.
