MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested four people in connection with a series of robberies in Warren County and surrounding areas.

A large amount of items are on display on Thursday, Nov. 6 as detectives have asked burglary victims to attempt to identify their property.

Police say most of the property came from the home of Joshua Krause, 30, and Christy Adkins, 26, after a search warrant was served on their residence on South Sutphin Street, Middltown on Oct. 19.  They have been charged with several counts of Aggravated Burlgary with more charges expected.  Krause is being held at the Warren County Jail.  Adkins was released on bond.  They were arrested by Warren County Sheriff's Office and Middletown Police detectives after a lengthy investigation.

Two other persons have been arrested in connection with the rash of home burglaries in Warren County and surrounding areas.

Bobby Ray Sellers, 39, of Cincinnati, was arrested on Oct. 22 by detectives pursuant to a warrant signed by Newport Police detectives for Receiving Stolen Property. He is accused of selling 21 firearms taken in a burglary in Harlan Township.

Albert L. Lakes, 40, of Batavia Township was arrested on Oct. 30 after a lengthy vehicle pursuit by Warren County Deputies.  He has been charged with Aggravated Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property, and traffic charges relating to the pursuit.

Except for Krause and Adkins, these arrests are not related.

These four arrests have accounted for over fifty Aggravated Burglary offenses in six counties in southwest Ohio.  The bulk of the offenses occurred in the last three months.
