FRANKLIN, OH (FOX19) -
UPDATE: Barbara Joly is free on bond after appearing in a Franklin, OH courtroom Tuesday afternoon on robbery charges. A judge set another hearing next week but Joly's attorney said they will probably request the case go directly to a Grand Jury.
Joly's attorney also said he expects his client to face other charges in the near future.
Joly did not enter a plea at Tuesday's hearing. She did not speak to reporters when leaving the courtroom.
A 68-year-old Middletown woman who faces robbery charges will be in court on Tuesday.
Barbara Joly was arrested Friday afternoon by Franklin Police for a robbery that occurred at The Huntington Bank in the 300 block of Main St. No weapon was displayed during the robbery.
