UPDATE: 15-year-old charged in fatal wreck


UPDATE: A 15-year-old boy has been charged in connection with a fatal wreck last month.

Police say the teen was behind the wheel when he struck a pole on Nov. 24 in Hamilton, killing his passenger, Louis Senger, 25.

The teen faces charges of aggravated vehicular homicide, operation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, reckless operation and no driver's license.


A person died in a weekend wreck where a 15-year-old was behind the wheel.

Police say the 15-year-old driver was operating a Ford Taurus southbound on B Street just after 4 a.m. Monday morning when he hit a pole and then a tree.

His passenger, Louis Senger, 25, was killed. The driver is in the hospital.

Police are still investigating why the 15-year-old was behind the wheel. He did not have a drivers license. The relationhip between the driver and the victim is also unknown at this time. Charges are pending.
