CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati police officer has been indicted on charges of tampering with records, unauthorized use of property and forgery.
Vinnie Edwards is currently free on bond.
The charges stem from accident back in August involving a shopping cart in a Kroger parking lot. Edwards is accused of using a police computer she was not authorized to use in order to change the report.
Edwards has been suspended without pay from her job as a patrol office in District 1. She has been with the department since 1992.
