Cincinnati Police have make an arrest in an overnight homicide in Price Hill overnight.

Around midnight, police were dispatched to the 3900 block of North Clerose Circle for a report of a person stabbed.

There they found 18-year-old Sonny Ruwell suffering from a stab wound. In an affidavit, investigators say Ruwell was stabbed in the neck. He was taken to University Hospital where he died.
