Cranberry-Orange Glazed Ham

2 tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 cup(s) canned cranberry sauce
2 tbsp unpacked brown sugar
1 tbsp whole cloves
2 pound(s) ham, lean only
1 medium mandarin orange(s), cut into wedges
Preheat oven to 375F.
For glaze, in a small saucepan over low heat, stir together orange juice concentrate, cranberry sauce and brown sugar, whisking until smooth.
Stick cloves into top of ham. Place ham in a baking dish and brush with some of the glaze. Bake for 1 hour, brushing with glaze every 15 minutes.
Slice thinly, garnish with orange wedges and serve.

3 1/2 cup(s) General Mills Fiber One
2 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips in microwave at 30 second intervals, stirring inbetween until smooth and melted. Stir in 1/2 package (1 sleeve) of Fiber One Cereal into the chocolate. Mix until all the cereal is coated. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto wax paper and let harden. Optional decoration: Sprinke finely crushed candy cane pieces on top. May use any flavor of chips, white, dark, butterscotch etc.
Cut Angel food cake into bite size pieces. Set aside. Combine instant pudding with crushed pineapple with juice. Add 8 oz. Lite Cool Whip. Layer in a clear glass trifle bowl- Angel food cake, pudding mix, mixed berries and Kiwi fruit, Continue to layer to top of bowl. Top with remaining Lite Cool whip and garnish with a few berries.
