Happy Season Seasoned Salt
1 cup kosher salt.
1 clove garlic, chopped fine.
1 Tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped fine.
1 Tablespoon dried Herbs de Provence.
Mix all ingredients together and put in jar with ribbon.
This seasoned salt is wonderful on steaks, pork or on chicken.
Here is a recipe you may want to attach to the salt.
London Broil with Seasoned Salt
Bring 2-3 pound London Broil or Flank Steak, to room temperature.
Season liberally with seasoned salt on both sides.
Heat grill or grill pan to high heat.
Sear meat on high heat for 4-5 minutes per side
Let rest 5-8 minutes then cut against the grain. Enjoy.
1 pound of Turbano (Raw) or white sugar.
1 vanilla bean, split.
Place sugar in glass jar and slide in spilt vanilla bean.
Let sit for 1 week to let vanilla flavor and aroma absorb into the sugar.
Place into decorative jars with ribbons.
You may want to attach a recipe card to the sugar of all the ways they can use it.
Tea, hot or cold
Sprinkle of top of sugar cookies
Grano Italiano Dipping Oil
1 bottle of your favorite Olive Oil
Your favorite herbs
Crushed Red pepper
Coarse Black pepper
Into a decorative bottle place 1 teaspoon of each of your favorite herbs into the bottle.
This makes a great hostess gift with a loaf of crusty bread for dipping
Invigorating Salt Exfoliating Scrub
Fill a decorative jar with salt
Cover with baby oil or Neutrogena bath oil
Put several drops of essential oil* in the jar to fragrance the scrub, if you desire.
Decorate with a ribbon
