SAYLOR PARK, OH (FOX19) -

UPDATE: In a press conference on Tuesday afternoon, Hamilton County coroner Dr. O'dell Owens says 11-week-old Rachel West died of malnourishment.

Owens said the infant was not taking formula, and her parents, Jill Hull and Gary West, did not seek medical attention for her. Formula was found in their apartment, but Owens said there was no food in her system.

The baby was in the five percent of her weight class when she died, said Owens.

Owens said he does not know if the infant was starved on purpose.

PREVIOUSLY:

A couple has been arrested and charged with the murder of their 11-week old baby.

Jill Hull, 25, and Gary West, 28, were arrested Monday at their apartment on Gracely Drive.

Each face one count of murder. Hamilton County coroner Dr. O'dell Owens is holding a press conference Tuesday afternoon to discuss the baby's death.

The arrests follow a bizarre series of events in which Jill Hull's mother, Joyce Hull, and David Hull, who both also lived at the apartment, were arrested for a series of bank robberies last month. The baby was found dead in the apartment the same day Joyce and David Hull were arrested.
