Teen indicted for sexual assaults in Green Twp.

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A teen has been indicted on charges of Kidnapping , Gross Sexual Imposition, Aggravated Burglary and Felonious Assault.

These charges carry a possible maximum sentence of up to 41 years incarceration.

Robert Super, 18, is accused of sexually assaulting two Green Township residents in March and October, 2008.

In the March incident, he is accused of grabbing the victim near the victim's car and sexually assaulting the victim. In the October incident, he is accused of taking the victim from a residence and sexually assaulting the victim.

The Green Township Police Department and the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office conducted the investigation.
