UPDATE: Police arrest couple involved in robbery and shooting

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)--Police have  arrested two people they say robbed a store, then shot at a police officer after a chase. 

Police have arrested 39-year-old Tracy Love and 29-year-old Kristy Peterson in the city of Flint, Michigan.

Investigators day that Love was involved in the armed robbery at the Lomax Quick Shop in Westwood. he is also accused of firing shots at officers . Peterson is suspected to be the driver of the vehicle involved in the robbery.

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)-- Police have now identified a suspect they say was involved in a robbery and shooting that happened on Wednesday afternoon.

Cincinnati Police have signed a warrant on 39-year-old Tracy Love.

Investigators believe he is a suspect in an aggravated robbery that occurred at the Lomax Quick Shop in Westwood. They also say he fired shots at a police officer.

Love is considered armed and dangerous. If anyone knows the whereabouts of Tracy Love, they are asked to call 9-1-1.

CINCINNATI (AP) - Police in Cincinnati say a man robbed a mini-mart near downtown, shot at officers and sped away to northern Kentucky.

Officials say a bullet shattered the window of a police cruiser, and an officer returned fire, but no one was injured. Police say a woman was in the getaway car with the suspected robber.

The chase for the two ended when the patrol car was involved in an accident at a Cincinnati intersection.
