Recipe - Double Salmon Pate

2- 8 oz. containers whipped cream cheese

3 Tablespoons whole milk

8 oz. thinly sliced smoked salmon, cut into ½-inch pieces

2 Tablespoons chopped fresh chives

1- 2 oz. jar red caviar

Pepper to taste

You will also need a medium bowl and rubber spatula. As an option, prepare this dish one day in advance and keep refrigerated.

  1. Using a rubber spatula, mash the whipped cream cheese and milk in a medium bowl to blend.
  2. Fold in salmon and 1 Tablespoon chives.
  3. Season with pepper to taste and gently fold in caviar.
  4. Cover mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Sprinkle dip with remaining 1 Tablespoon chives.
  6. Serve chilled.
