CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A local mom is behind bars, accused of neglecting her children in order to smoke pot.
April Stagg, 27, is charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, obstructing justice and two counts of child endangering.
Police say she left the children, to go do drugs at a neighbors home. Police also say she left marijuana and a pipe where her children could reach them.
Police also say there was garbage and dog feces in the home, and the kitchen door was locked, leaving the children with no access to food or water.
She pled guilty in court on Wednesday morning. Her bond was set at 10 percent of $5,000.
