UPDATE: Woman accused of stabbing boyfriend arrested

UPDATE: Sunday, Jan 4:

MONROE, OH (FOX19)-- Police have arrested a woman they say stabbed her boyfriend, then disappeared.

28-year-old Heather Belcher was arrested Sunday afternoon before 1:00pm.

Monroe Police received help from Middletown Police  and Butler County Sheriff's office in her arrest.

Belcher now faces Felonious Assault, Kidnapping and Domestic Violence Charges.

MONROE, OH (FOX19) - Police are looking for a Monroe woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend in the leg.

Police say Heather Belcher, 28, stabbed Brian Baker, 25, then fled the scene on foot. Baker was taken to Atrium Hospital with a wound to his left leg.

Belcher is a white female with brown hair and hazel eyes. She is 5-foot-4. Police say she has a prosthetic right leg and walks with a limp.
