CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A suspended assistant Hamilton County prosecutor pled guilty to driving drunk with his kids in the car.
James Schaefer was convicted of OVI after police found him driving the wrong way on Pavillion drive in Mount Adams last summer.
Schaefer will have to attend a three day lock down, driver's intervention program, and spend six months on probation.
Prosecutor Joe Deters will review the case this week and determine if Schaefer can continue employment at the prosecutor's office.
