CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati firefighter who was involved in a deadly drunk driving crash in 2006 has been released from prison early.

Joseph Dance, now 30 years old, was sentenced in May of 2007 to four years in prison for the crash that killed 26-year-old Lisa Kreutzer. Dance was drunk when he was coming home from a Christmas party in December of 2006 and went the wrong way on Interstate 71, striking Kreutzer's car.

On Tuesday, Judge Ralph Winkler released Dance from prison. However, he will have a suspended driver's license for life, must serve community control for five years, pay $4,000 in fines and court costs, perform 500 hours of community service and receive alcohol and drug counseling.
