FAIRFIELD-- The Ohio Highway State Patrol is investigating a crash involving a truck hitting a house and sending two people to the hospital early Saturday morning.
A short time after 2:30am, 42-year-old Miguel Avleo- Villanueva was being stopped on State Route 4 near Bobmeyer road for traffic violations. The State trooper asked Avleo- Villanueva to step out of the vehicle, he drove off. After a short chase, he lost control of his truck at the intersection of Turley Road and Hamilton Avenue. The truck then slammed into the residence at the 2500 block of Hancock Ave.
Two of the six residence of the home were taken to area hospitals. 68-year-old Daniel Hendricks was taken to Fairfield Mercy Hospital and a 12-year-old boy was taken to Children's Hospital in Liberty Township. Both of the victims did not have life-threatening injuries.
Miguel Avleo-Villanueva was taken to the Butler County Jail were he tested .191 for Blood-Alcohol Content. He now faces numerous charges including OVI, Driving without a licence, Resisting Arrest and Aggravated Vehicular Assault.
