Sausage Gravy for Biscuits

1 lb. Southern Sausage
(From Kroeger and Sons Meats)
1 tbsp Flour
1 cup Milk
1 cube Chicken Bouillon
Cook sausage in a medium size skillet, over medium heat, breaking into smaller pieces as it browns. Let the pieces get nice and brown.
Sprinkle the flour over the sausage crumbles and stir until all pieces are coated with flour. Continue stirring for 2 to 3 minutes, to let the flour cook.
Gradually add milk to the pan, stirring occasionally, and then add the bouillon cube. Make sure it dissolves completely as you stir. Keep heat at medium and stir until milk and flour begin to thicken. If it begins to bubble, turn heat down and continue cooking, stirring occasionally until it is thick enough for you. If it gets too thick, add a little more milk.
Spoon over hot, buttered biscuits and ENJOY!
