2 arrested after police uncover rolling meth lab

CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -

UPDATE: Police have executed two search warrants and made two arrests after uncovering a rolling meth lab late Thursday night.

Zulfaqar Javaid, 41, and Robert Ralston, 44, have been charged with illegal possession of chemicals used to manufacture methamphetamin, and illegal manufacture of drugs.

Officers executed the search warrant in the 3600 block of McHenry Ave. and 8300 block of Mace Ave. They uncovered several drug paraphernalia items.


PREVIOUSLY:

 A local intersection was shut down Friday morning after police uncovered a rolling meth lab.

Baltimore at McHenry Avenue has been closed after police pulled over a car early Friday morning and found it had meth making materials inside.

SWAT is currently on the scene. Investigators are waiting for the DEA to arrive.

It's not clear if anyone has been arrested.
