LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A local realtor says she was attacked while she was trying to close a model home.

The agent says she was attacked around 6 p.m. on Sunday in the 5300 block of Elmwood Lane in Liberty Township.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male wearing a ski mask. He was about 5-foot-6 with a thin build.

The agent says he rang the doorbell, and when she answered, she found him standing there, asking to see the home. She told him it was closed and asked him several times to leave, but he refused.

The agent said she then shut and locked the door and went out through the garage and saw the suspect again. He asked her for the number to her business and she gave it to him. Then, the suspect allegedly grabbed her and tried to accost her.

The agent says she fought off the attacker, and he fled on foot toward Cincinnati Dayton Road. Deputies set up a perimeter and responded with K-9 units, but the suspect could not be located.

The Butler County Sheriff's Office asks that anyone with information contact the office at 513-785-1300.
