FORT WRIGHT, KY (FOX19) - Police are investigating the discovery of a body inside a car on northbound Interstate 75 in Northern Kentucky.
Police say the deceased is a male, but no other details have been released on his identity. It is believed he died of a heart attack, but an autopsy is being performed to determine an exact cause of death.
Police say a CVS Good Samaritan van found the body on Wednesday morning near the Kyles Lane exit.
